- To let you know when your photos are ready to view, select or pick up.
- To answer your questions and provide customer service.
- To process orders and keep accurate business records.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use it only to send messages about your sessions and orders: appointment confirmations and reminders, photo-ready notices, and replies to your questions. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and our messaging provider, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the studio (for example our phone and messaging provider, payment processor and photo lab), and only as much as they need to do that work, or when the law requires it.
Your photographs
Your photos belong to your session. We do not publish them on our website or anywhere else without your permission.
How long we keep it
We keep client records and session files for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time.
